1. The service
yisuncloud Pickup (“Service”) is operated by Chongqing Yisun Technology Co., Ltd. and provides email pickup and return reminders for dry cleaners, repair counters, retail holds, print shops, and similar businesses. Log a customer email at intake, auto-generate a pickup number, send a welcome email as a pickup receipt, then notify when the order is ready — or let due-date reminders run automatically.
Shops pay a software subscription fee (service period plus monthly email quota). We do not participate in shop–customer transactions, do not collect payments on behalf of shops, and do not issue tax invoices for shop sales. Subscription fees are paid via credit/debit card. This site does not print receipts; use yisuncloud Print for thermal tickets if needed.
2. Shop accounts
- You must be the shop owner or authorized representative with accurate contact details and industry selection.
- Email verification is required before logging customers, sending email, or purchasing a plan (48-hour activation link).
- Collect only minimal customer data: preferred name, email, item description, and expected pickup date. Do not enter government IDs or payment card numbers in ticket fields.
- Ticket text is validated on our servers before save. Prohibited content (illegal material, spam, unrelated classified ads) will be rejected.
- Field limits: item description 60 characters; notes 100 characters.
- You may only send pickup-related emails after customer consent. Every reminder includes unsubscribe.
- Email only — no SMS. We do not collect customer phone numbers by default.
- Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, or unrelated marketing. Honor unsubscribes immediately.
3. Email types
- Welcome email (on save): pickup receipt with number — sent immediately, no prior consent required.
- Consent request (new customers): agrees to future pickup reminders.
- Pickup reminders: “Notify now” or automatic on due date — requires consent.
- Reschedule notice and completion receipt: business notifications when you update or close an order.
These emails are business records, not tax invoices. Shops are responsible for their own sales tax and customer billing.
4. Plans and payment
- Guests may try the log form without an account (no real email sent). After verification, new accounts receive a 15-day trial (400 emails/month).
- Standard: 1 month ($9) or 3 months ($24), 800 emails/month.
- Pro: 1 month ($29) or 3 months ($69), 1500 emails/month. Maximum prepayment is 3 months.
- Email boost packs add quota for the current month only; they do not roll over.
- Refunds: digital software with instant access; refunds are generally not available except for duplicate charges or clear errors within 7 days — email info@yisuncloud.com.
5. Cross-site integration
With the same login email, shops may use sister products (yisuncloud Print, yisuncloud Book, yisuncloud Spark). Import orders from Print or Book to send reminders here; pickup numbers stay the same.
6. Security, enforcement, and reports
- We log information necessary for security and support as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated targeted advertising.
- We may restrict features or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you non-waivable rights in your home state.
