1. Who we are
yisuncloud Pickup is operated by Chongqing Yisun Technology Co., Ltd. and provides email pickup and return reminder SaaS for dry cleaners, repair counters, retail holds, and similar businesses. Official site: yisun.cloud.
This service does not participate in shop–customer transactions or collect business payments on behalf of shops. You pay us only for software access.
2. Where data is stored
Shop accounts, pickup orders, consent records, and payment orders are stored on servers in the United States. Email delivery and payment processing may use third-party providers under contract.
3. Shop owners (registered users)
- We collect login email, password (hashed), industry, shop name, address, phone, and default bin/shelf settings.
- IP addresses may be logged on sign-up/login for security.
- We send verification, billing, and service emails to shop owners.
- We do not sell shop owner data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Customers (no account required)
- Shops enter preferred name (optional), email, item description, expected pickup date, and bin/shelf fields.
- Welcome and completion emails are fulfillment notices. Pickup reminders require prior email consent. Every marketing-style message includes unsubscribe.
- We do not collect customer phone numbers by default and do not sell customer data.
5. Logs and retention
We retain email send records and key account events for troubleshooting, quota verification, and lawful requests. We generally retain operational logs for at least 12 months, then delete or aggregate them unless law requires longer retention.
6. Your rights (U.S.)
Shop owners may access, correct, or delete their account via Settings or by emailing info@yisuncloud.com. Customers may unsubscribe from any shop email instantly.
Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights. Because we do not sell personal information, there is no separate “Do Not Sell or Share” toggle. Email info@yisuncloud.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.
7. Security & abuse

8. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact info@yisuncloud.com to request deletion if you believe a child has provided information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
