Registration email + password. Use “Forgot password?” for reset link.

Dashboard → + Log pickup. Enter name, customer email, bin/shelf. Pickup number format: 货架号+层数+序号(如 45 号货柜第 0 层首件为 45001).
Click Save and send welcome email. System assigns number (e.g. 45001) and sends intake receipt; new customers also get consent email for reminders.
Dashboard shows number and “Pending consent.” Customer must click consent before “Notify now” or auto reminders.
After consent, tap Notify now when item is ready, or wait for due-date auto send.
Customer replies to email or calls; update date in Reschedule and notify. See guide.
Customer gives pickup number or email. Tap Picked up — completion receipt sends automatically.
