Five email types

1. Sign up

Choose industry (e.g. dry cleaning), enter shop details, login email, password. Agree to Terms & Privacy.免注册可打开登记页面试填(不发真邮件)。注册并激活邮箱后赠送 15 天试用(400 封/月);试用额度用尽后须购买套餐。Login email receives customer reply-to reschedules.

1.1 Log in

Registration email + password. Use “Forgot password?” for reset link.

1.2 Install to home screen (optional)

Add to Home Screen in Safari/Chrome for counter use. See guide · install.

2. New pickup

Dashboard → + Log pickup. Enter name, customer email, bin/shelf. Pickup number format: 货架号+层数+序号(如 45 号货柜第 0 层首件为 45001).

3. Save & send

Click Save and send welcome email. System assigns number (e.g. 45001) and sends intake receipt; new customers also get consent email for reminders.

5. Notify when ready

After consent, tap Notify now when item is ready, or wait for due-date auto send.

6. Reschedule (optional)

Customer replies to email or calls; update date in Reschedule and notify. See guide.

7. Mark picked up

Customer gives pickup number or email. Tap Picked up — completion receipt sends automatically.

8. Plans & boost

Standard 800 emails/mo, Pro 1500. Buy boost packs when low.
